EMDA stays on top of new developments in capital raising

To facilitate capital raising the New Brunswick Securities Commission (NBSC) recently published Blanket Order 45-504 and the Multilateral CSA Notice 45-311, Exemptions from Certain Financial Statement-Related Requirements in the Offering Memorandum Exemption to Facilitate Access to Capital by Small Businesses.

NBSC is working on updates to their website - the information provided does not currently reflect the relief provided in the blanket order and may not be up to date.
