Please help the Exempt Market Dealers Association of Canada (EMDA) better understand your views on the Accredited Investor (AI) exemption. We hope to share the survey results with you in the next issue of the EMDA magazine and on the EMDA website and perhaps use this as a basis to encourage Canadian securities regulators in providing greater guidance on reasonable steps issuers, EMDs and other market participants can take to properly rely on the AI exemption.
